Listening is done by streaming, without downloading the audio files, via the playlist in your user space. Each balm can be listened to one or more times in a row, or even in a loop, depending on your feelings. I tested the thyroid balm during a period of ten consecutive days. During this time in my life, I’d been experiencing some difficulties communicating with others; my mind was constantly flooded with questions. With this Sound Balm, I noticed that a significant detachment and cleansing process had been triggered: sensations of opening up, the loosening of the jaw and throat were recurrent, with the impression that this was moving down to my heart, like a miner descending into a mine with a jackhammer to clear the way (or voice).

11 January 2020I tested this Sound Balm over six days three times a day. Listening made me feel very important vibratory movements throughout the body, first in the head, with strong sensations in the upper half of the face crystallizing at the level of the third eye. Then, after several listening, the sensations settled in the abdomen, the viscera, with an incredible movement leaving me with a heightened acuity of listening and perception in my daily life. Surprisingly, the breaths at the end of balm, like a wind of purification, have each time swept away all that I had experienced or felt, leaving only a feeling of lightness and well-being. Having much to develop communication tools, I can only note that the balm has made a notable contribution to the simplification of my expression. It also helped to further develop and welcome my intuitions and instincts, to simply anchor them to daily life.

24 December 2019First of all, I want to say that the website is very practical as a whole, even for a neophyte: between detailed explanations of each balm, the blog that describes the conditions of their creation and allows us to understand how sound frequencies work, Erin’s journey and her work, which I find fabulous… So I have listened to this Sound Balm three times a day, from my smartphone placed directly on my skin at the heart, with the sound quite loud and without headset (waking, early afternoon and before falling asleep, always lying, eyes closed and in a state of almost drowsiness). Only one listening each time, that I coupled with a breathing technique called “quantum pause“ which allows to be focused on listening without any other form of thoughts, so that the mind does not interact with the mind; be in high vibrations and let the sound frequencies do their work. The effects, especially on my nights, were immediate since they were very calm, without any harmful dreams until today (which happened regularly before). Powerful vibrations felt at the heart, as well as a harmonious state of consciousness bringing peace, joy, good mood, sweetness… I let the balm work without any expectation, any judgment, any negative thought, for what must be done will be done, consciously or unconsciously: my philosophy for everything in life.
