Just as a child stands on its feet and discovers walking, these pillars allow the being to achieve verticality and penetrate the world. On the contrary, a lack of mobility or a feeling of inertia can reveal a fear of living, associated with the fear of failing. In the motor process, several essential principles are involved: grounding, stability, choice of direction, adaptability and the mobility of the being in the face of events. The sound frequencies here follow a downward movement, from the sacrum to the feet, to strengthen rooting to the earth.
